Review website storage and remove unused files

Open Settings > Website Usage to see the billable storage used by original media files, active digital products and retained archived digital products. The category cards also show recorded video and asset sizes for context.

The account allowance uses the same calculation across every website in the account. Cloudflare Stream video, generated thumbnails and responsive variants, temporarily retained local copies and protected backups do not count toward this storage allowance. The Videos card tracks stored video duration, file count and recorded upload size separately because Stream uses a different charging model.

Review unused media

The unused-media panel shows the recorded size and number of items that may be reclaimable. Select Review unused media to open the Media Library with its unused filter applied. Check the displayed items, enter selection mode and choose the files to delete. Each deletion is confirmed, and a final reference check blocks deletion when an item is still assigned to supported website content.

Delete archived digital files

The archived-files panel shows how much private digital-product storage is currently eligible for cleanup. Select Permanently delete eligible archived files and confirm the warning to remove it.

Only retired files with no customer-order entitlement are eligible. Files previously granted to customers remain protected so their secure order links continue to work. Protected backup copies follow their separate retention policy and are not removed by this action.
