Manage client websites with Agency Tools

Every Nune account can manage multiple websites. Enable Agency Tools when you manage websites for customers or other organisations and need client-oriented shortcuts, billing reminders and team controls. Each website keeps its database, uploads, theme, settings and access separate.

Agency Tools change the management interface; they do not create a separate account type or increase the number of website slots.

Account summary

The top cards show used and available website slots, combined storage and the number of client accounts marked overdue or due soon.

Billing Reminders is an internal prompt based on the client billing status and due date stored in each site's settings. It does not charge the client or read their bank account.

Find a client site

Use the search field to find a website by name or URL. You can also filter by website status or client-billing status.

Each site row shows its base Nune allowance, website slot, your role and relevant status badges.

Site actions

  • CMS selects the client site and opens its editor.
  • Client Login opens the sign-in address that can be shared with an authorised client user.
  • Settings manages site, client, email, integration and internal billing details.
  • Team controls access to that site only.
  • View opens the public website.

Opening a site action makes that site the selected site for the account session.

Agency Tools

Owners and admins can use:

  • Add Website to provision another client website;
  • Plan & Billing to manage the account plan, website slots and add-ons;
  • Agency Settings to name the workspace and set its billing email;
  • Account Team to give colleagues access across client websites.

Account Team members can manage the client websites assigned to them but cannot manage account settings, create websites or manage the Account Team unless their role allows it.

  1. Create the client site.
  2. Complete its Settings, including the client contact and recipient details.
  3. Add the client or collaborators through the site's Team area.
  4. Open the CMS and prepare the website.
  5. Test the client login and public site before sending access details.
