Choose account or website team access

Use Account Team for colleagues who help manage websites across an account with Agency Tools. Use a website's Team Access for clients and people who need selected CMS areas on one website.

Use Account Team when

  • the person works for your studio or agency;
  • they need several client sites;
  • they should receive new sites automatically;
  • they need account administration.

Account admins have broad control. Members can be limited to selected websites.

Use Team Access when

  • the person is the website client;
  • they need only one site;
  • you want to allow Posts, Orders or Bookings without broader access;
  • a contractor needs a small set of CMS tools.

Choose the minimum permissions required. Settings, Theme and Users should be limited to trusted people.
