Add a client website

Account owners and admins can create a client website while the account has an available website slot. Agency Tools are useful when the website belongs to a customer, but they do not change the account's website allowance.

Creating a site prepares its CMS database, private configuration, uploads area and dashboard access. Wait for the completed redirect before closing the page.

Create the site

  1. Open Add Website from the account navigation or the Agency Tools panel on the dashboard.
  2. Enter the Website name.
  3. Enter a Custom domain only when it is already known, or leave it empty to use the generated Nune URL.
  4. Check the displayed Base website allowance inherited from the account plan.
  5. Select Create Website once and wait for the dashboard to confirm completion.

For a custom domain, enter only example.com without https:// or a page path. Adding the domain here does not move its DNS; Site Settings provides the connection instructions afterwards.

Base allowance and add-ons

Every website receives the account plan's base website allowance. Additional storage, video bandwidth, bookings and other optional features are assigned to that website's slot as add-ons. Agency billing notes remain separate and do not alter Nune allowances.

What happens after creation

The site is selected automatically and appears on the account dashboard. Existing Account Team members are linked according to their website access rules.

The initial record uses the account details, so complete the client handover steps before sending access:

  1. Open Settings and enter the client's contact, recipient and billing information.
  2. Connect the domain and integrations when required.
  3. Open Team and add the client with only the CMS areas they need.
  4. Copy the displayed temporary password securely.
  5. Test the displayed Client Login link.

Do not send your own account password to a client.

If creation is unavailable

The current Nune plan may have reached its site limit, or your role may not be allowed to create sites. An owner/admin can change the plan or create the site.
