Understand site health and storage
The dashboard shows combined storage usage and allowances for the websites you can access. Site Health identifies the selected website and its CMS data version.
Dashboard storage
The storage card combines usage and allocated allowances for the websites available to you. Each website receives its base plan’s storage plus storage add-ons assigned to that website. Paused websites still count while their content remains stored; cancelled and deleted websites do not. An account without websites has 0 MB allocated.
Site Settings and the CMS show only the selected website’s usage and allowance. Uploads and imports use that same website allowance. Original non-Stream media and unique active or archived digital-product files count toward storage; Stream video, generated thumbnails and protected backups are tracked separately.
If usage approaches the limit, remove files that are genuinely no longer required or review available storage add-ons under Plan & Billing.

When to ask for help
Contact Support if Migration shows failed, the CMS cannot open, or storage remains unexpectedly high after unused files are removed. Include the website name and the status shown; do not send database credentials.
